What is Bubble Economy?
バブルとは簡単に言えば、土地や株価が急激に上昇すること。
ただし それは実質価値とはかけ離れている価格です。
中身のない、ドンドン上っていく、 名前の通り "泡-バブル-" の状態です。
そして それが水面に上るとはじけるように、 バブルがはじけます。
これがバブルの崩壊です。昇りに昇った価値が一気に無くなるので、
もうホント大変な損失です。
バブル経済は１９８５のプラザ合意を機に起こったといわれています。
そして円高になり、国内の投資が増え、バブル発生した。
価格は急激に昇りインフレなった。
株価と土地の値段はそれぞれ１９８９年の１２月２９日、と１９９１年
にピークをむかえ、バブルが崩壊したと言われています

And increase the price of land and stock, also price level increase, inflation.
The bubble collapse when each price of stock and land reached peek.
Stock price reached peek on December ２９, １９８９. And the price of land had increased until in １９９１.
